  • Ongoing contract translator with several agencies in Australia (SBS, VITS, On-Call, Translators International, PIC etc.) and overseas, and as private practitioner. Texts translated comprise business, personal and legal documents, such as correspondence for various law courts and the Department of Public Prosecutor.
  • Website localisation work.
  • Translation of slide presentations and website pages for multinational companies.
  • Biochemical patent documentation for a local medical/cosmetics firm, various papers and articles for the mining industry.
  • Editorial and linguistic support to Aeolian Press, in relation to literary translations.
  • Freelance simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for courts, hospitals, police. Examples: Soul Vision Films, World Merino Conference.
  • Teaching the Hungarian language to private individuals (1996, 1998).
  • 1998-2000: Manager Hush School of Mime and Non-verbal Theatre; Responsible for the production and sale of books, masks and videotapes for drama education throughout Australia and the world, also for marketing and bookkeeping.
